This is a good example of basing the niche on the macro-environment and attempting to target areas that are in demand. 2009 saw the largest number of university places offered, potentially resulting in a greater number of students seeking flat share accommodation in 2010

Sohoflat.co.uk has been created to target those either looking to move into or within London.
It focuses on the more popular areas of the city and the Commutee.com team who created it see it as a perfect addition to their website which focuses on connecting commuters within the city.

Flat-shares.co.uk is one of the bigger partners to come into the WhiteLabelFlatshare.co.uk fold and their site really shows what can be done using our system.
The team behind Flatshares.co.uk saw WhiteLabelFlatshare.co.uk as a great way to maximise the revenue made from their domain name.

FlatSeeket.net has taken a different approach to the design of their website replacing the prominence of the traditional search box with a map of the UK with the major flat sharing cities pinpointed out for easy navigation to the search results pages.
Their website also contains a wealth of advice for both landlords and those looking for rooms to rent. The benefit of including this is not only to make the website a greater source of information for potential users, but it will also improve the websites rankings in search engines.

In a very short space of time they created the website which will be promoted along side Gay Britain Networks other gay websites.
